This is a textbook example of the "HJ Luftwaffenhelfer Hoheitsabzeichen" .issued to Hitler Youth boys manning the anti-aircraft Flak Guns at the end of WW2. The two letters above the Eagle are "LH" for " Luftwaffenhelfer". I saw a single example listed elsewhere for a little less than what I am asking here for two of them!
