This is a nice, original 8x10 photo of Troops marching in a main street parade in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The State Historical Society of Iowa has other photos of WW1-era parades in Cedar Rapids, with one identified as troops of the 34th "Sandstorm" Division, although they do not have this particular photo published on their web site.
