This is a nice plaster Placard in outstanding condition, made for the 65th National Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic, held in Des Moines, Iowa in 1931. Placard measures 6" x 9" and reads on the back "Presented by the boys and girls of the Des Moines Public Schools to the Members of the Grand Army of the Grand Army of the Republic at the annual encampment held in Des Moines, Iowa Sept. 13-17, 1932 ..."
