This is a nice WW2 'Ditty Bag' handed out by American Red Cross Volunteers to US Soldiers going off to war. 9 1/2" x 13" cotton HBT drawstring Bag, with 1" x 1 1/4" woven Red Cross Chapter label. Bag has a hot cocoa-looking stain on one corner.
