I got these in a tailor shop horde, with left-hand and right-hand Collar Tabs bundled up separately and tied with string. They were probably meant to be customized by the tailor shop, adding the unit designation to the right-hand tab with a chain stitch, or adding rank Pips and Litze to the left-hand tab, based on what the customer ordered.

This base color was used for members of the Sudeten and Weichsel Sturms, as well as by the NSFK.
