This is the cloth Japanese Aviation Observer Wing rating from WW2. I have a four of these on an uncut strip. The wingspan measures 63 mm.
These were available for a short while back when there was a warehouse find of Japanese Army collar tabs and such, but that was a few decades ago, and they are now once again pretty scarce.
