This is a very large, oversized Rooster patch for the US Army Ambulance Service in WW1. At 3 3/8" diameter, it dwarfs the more common 2" version. Possibly a blazer patch made to be worn post war at reunions, as the AAS had a large veterans organization. Last photo compares it with the shoulder patch.
