This is a nice WW2 Sweetheart Bracelet with the twin dragon theme often seen on a souvenir of China from the 30's through WW2. The front is engraved "D.M." while the back is engraved
"LOVE JOE - BERMUDA - CUBA - GIBRALTER - CASABLANCA - BRAZIL NEWFOUNDLAND" Cuba and Bermuda were the ports visited by WW2 Sailors and Merchant Seamen on theit first "learning the ropes" shakeout tours. The other ports were the destination of many Atlantic Convoys. Looks like this guy was in for years and participated on many of them (my dad said it was unbearable wondering if an enemy torpedo might hit at any moment).
Looks like silver but there is no hallmark.
