This is an earlier (based on patina and age) Army Officer's Dress Belt & Buckle. I see them offered on the Interent, universally described as Indian Wars era, but this iconic design persisted long after that. It's more likely Interwar or WW2. So I priced it about half of the proces I saw on the Internet. Size is about a 30.
