Sponsored by the Philippine Chinese Anti-Japanese League (aka Philippine Chinese Ant-Japanese and Anti-Puppets League; Philippine-Chinese Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Forces). Small format, six pages, and at 20 cents a copy, likely a money-raising enterprise for that organization.

I could only find two references to the existence of this Newspaper, both referring to historical documents in library collections.
